Minnie M. Hudson “Peggy”

Minnie M. Hudson, lovingly known as “Peggy,” passed away at the age of 83. Born in North Carolina, she moved to the Washington, D.C. area at the age of 19 and made it her lifelong home. 

Peggy was predeceased by Virgie M. Morris, Winston Morris, and Thelma Shaut. She is survived by Thomas Morris (Betty), Linda Janetis (John), their families, and many other cherished friends. She was like a grandmother to Kimberly Pugh, Amy Pace, Allison Cullinane, and Megan Janetis, and like a great-grandmother to eight children. She dedicated much of her career to a Masonic organization, where she was highly respected for her commitment and service.

Peggy had a kind and generous heart and was a guiding light in the lives of many children. She was deeply loved by all who knew her and will be profoundly missed.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
