Forever Missed

Kong Hing Wan

Born on December 10, 1957, passed away on October 19, 2024. He is survived by his two sisters, his beloved daughter, two grandsons, 3 nieces, 3 nephews, and an ex-wife, all of whom cherish his memory. 

Kong immigrated to America in 1992, where he dedicated himself to his work as a chef for many years, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and patrons. Outside of work, he had a passion for fishing, loved studying the game GO, and enjoyed teaching his grandson math, instilling in him a love for learning. A devoted family man, he had a deep affection for his mother and family, and he was also a World War II history buff, often sharing stories and insights with his daughter. 

Kong’s dedication to his family and community will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
