Cirilo Ricardo Gomez Iriarte

Cirilo was born in Lima, Peru, on March 29th, 1941. He relocated to Maryland in 2004 and lived here for 20 years. 

Cirilo was a dedicated provider for his family and a devoted husband to Julia Pretell de Gomez. He was also a wonderful father to Silvya, Miriam, and Ricky, a loving grandfather to Alessandra, Marcello, and Angie, and the best great-grandfather to Harlem and Gianni; he also was a wonderful father-in-law.

Cirilo was an exceptional man, characterized by his intelligence, love, honesty, and humor. He was known for his culinary skills, especially for crafting the most delicious ceviche you could imagine, and other Peruvian dishes.

Sadly, on July 23rd, 2024, Cirilo passed away at the age of 83.

"We all love you very much, you will always live in our hearts forever.

Cirilo nació en Lima, Perú, el 29 de marzo de 1941. Se mudó a Maryland en 2004 y vivió aquí durante 20 años.

Cirilo era un dedicado proveedor para su familia y un esposo devoto de Julia Pretell de Gómez. También fue un maravilloso padre de Silvya, Miriam y Ricky, un abuelo amoroso de Alessandra, Marcello y Angie, y el mejor bisabuelo de Harlem y Gianni, él también fur un magnifico suegro.

Cirilo era un hombre excepcional, caracterizado por su inteligencia, amor, honestidad y humor. Era conocido por sus habilidades culinarias, especialmente por elaborar el ceviche más delicioso que pudiste imaginar, ademas de otros platos peruanos.

Lamentablemente, el 23 de julio de 2024, Cirilo falleció a la edad de 83 años.
